In-N-Out Burger sued for race discrimination in hiring

A class action lawsuit was filed in California alleging that the popular In-N-Out burger chain discriminates against people of color. The lawsuit claims that certain individuals are being discriminated against by their age, race and or color. The action was brought by two African American men over the age of 40. Electronics Store settles Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

In Seattle, Washington, Fry’s Electronics company will pay $2.3 million to settle a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In Hawaii, the Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (HECO) is going to settle a Disability Discrimination Suit which was brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
