Puyallup Truck Dealership Sued by EEOC for National Origin and Sexual Harassment

A Puyallup, Wash., used-truck dealership violated federal law when its general manager engaged in ongoing harassment targeting a Filipino American male employee. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit against the company. According to the EEOC, the male supervisor aimed demeaning comments at Northwest Motorsport’s Internet marketing manager, Bayani Salcedo, for many month. The Good Wife's Julianna Margulies Sued by Former Managers

The Emmy winner Julianna Margulies being sued by her former managers, who claim that they helped hook her up with her starring role on The Good Wife, as well as a cosmetics endorsement deal, and now she has stopped paying them their fair share of her earnings.
