ATK pays $100,000 to settle race discrimination case

Alliant Techsystems, Inc., a Minnesota-based aerospace company, will pay $100,000 to settle a race discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). According to the EEOC’s suit, Tyeastia Green applied for a job at the company’s Eden Prairie, Minn., location to provide technical support for ATK executives.
