Last year the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled that there were no racial undertones when a white manager at a Tyson chicken plant in Alabama called black men working there “boy.”

Ohio High School Basketball Accused of Racial Slurs

Richmond Heights high school, located in Ohio, has suspended their basketball coach, Jason Popp, for allegations coming from his players, all-African American.  Despite a perfect season thus far, the fourth-year head coach is not basking in his glory, instead he is facing accusations that he used racial slurs and inappropriate language toward his players and their families in basketball settings.  Popp was quoted as saying to his team, “Well, you guys don’t go out and […]
