Jury clears top NYPD official and a sergeant of sexual harassment and discrimination charges

A Brooklyn jury cleared a top NYPD official and a sergeant of sexual harassment and discrimination charges. A federal lawsuit was filed by Officer Veronica Schultz, a female cop, claiming that the 103d Precinct’s youth unit was permeated with frat boy antics. Ex-NYPD police officer to face 4 year sentence over racism

An ex-NYPD cop is set to face a 4 year prison sentence for arresting a black man in Staten Island on a wrong charge.  The ex-cop is Daragjati, 33 years old, who pleaded guilty in January to two separate crimes, for extortion and civil-rights violations. On-duty NYPD police officer commits suicide after arguing with his girlfriend

An on-duty New York City police officer committed suicide on a Queens street after arguing with his girlfriend on the phone. The police officer exited his patrol car after getting off the cell phone and pulled out his gun and shot himself in the face.
