Big Lots pays $155,000 to settle sex harassment case

The Big Lots closeout chain has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit involving its Fort Smith, Ark., store for $155,000. The company will pay $155,000 to four claimants and furnish other relief to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC.
