Truck Dealership sued for National Origin Discrimination and Sexual Harassment

In Seattle, a used-truck dealership was sued for national origin discrimination by violating a federal law and for sexual harassment. Puyallup Truck Dealership Sued by EEOC for National Origin and Sexual Harassment

A Puyallup, Wash., used-truck dealership violated federal law when its general manager engaged in ongoing harassment targeting a Filipino American male employee. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit against the company. According to the EEOC, the male supervisor aimed demeaning comments at Northwest Motorsport’s Internet marketing manager, Bayani Salcedo, for many month.
