Recent decision: In re Katie Kickertz v. New York University

A recent court decision in the New York county Supreme Court has found in favor for a former student at NYU’s dentist school who sued the school. The student was dismissed from NYU’s dental college, without the possibility of readmission. Queens housekeeper says his Manhattan boss wanted his back rubbed — not his pots scrubbed

Bilguudei Ganhuyag, a 24-year-old Queens man, has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against his employer, John Landrum Bryant. Bryant is a multi-millionaire who crafts alligator skin tables and brass peacock doorknobs. Bryant lives in a $7 million duplex with his philanthropist wife, Patricia Bauman, a real estate heiress.
