Detroit Healthcare Center to Pay $35,000 in Religious Discrimination Lawsuit

In Detroit, Michigan, the Whitehall Healthcare Center of Ann Arbor is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility which was sued for religious discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the center will pay $35,000 to settle the suit.
