Recent decision: In re Katie Kickertz v. New York University

A recent court decision in the New York county Supreme Court has found in favor for a former student at NYU’s dentist school who sued the school. The student was dismissed from NYU’s dental college, without the possibility of readmission. Chinese university stirs controversy for demanding nipple distance in beauty pageant

In China, a beauty contest aimed at crowning 10 university students is being criticized for demanding that the pageant models meet a nipple spacing requirement in which candidates have to have nipples spaced at least 20 centimeters (7.8 inches) apart.
