Another District Attorney enters into state Assembly Sex Harassment Investigation

The Albany County district attorney has joined a special prosecutor who was appointed to investigate the sexual harassment case going on in the New York Assembly. Philadelphia swim club discrimination case settled

The Justice Department announced a settlement agreement in a Philadelphia-area racial discrimination case. The case dates back to June 2009. Creative Steps Day Camp of Northeast Philadelphia paid The Valley Swim Club in Huntingdon Valley for pool access for summer campers.
