TSA orders retraining in wake of recent racial profiling in Newark airport

After reports surfaced of racial profiling at airports in Newark, Honolulu and Boston, the Transportation Security Administration is ordering refresher training for behavior detection workers at 161 airports. In addition, the TSA is reviewing training, data collection and other elements of the nationwide program. MKB Construction Settles EEOC Retaliation Discrimination Suit

Phoenix-based MKB Construction settled a retaliation discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). MKB Construction will pay $38,500 and furnish other relief to settle a retaliation discrimination. The company was charged with violating federal law by firing an employee for reporting sexual harassment. The Good Wife's Julianna Margulies Sued by Former Managers

The Emmy winner Julianna Margulies being sued by her former managers, who claim that they helped hook her up with her starring role on The Good Wife, as well as a cosmetics endorsement deal, and now she has stopped paying them their fair share of her earnings.
