Sharon Osbourne Will Not Return to ‘America’s Got Talent’ Because of Discrimination Claim

Philadelphia swim club discrimination case settled

The Justice Department announced a settlement agreement in a Philadelphia-area racial discrimination case. The case dates back to June 2009. Creative Steps Day Camp of Northeast Philadelphia paid The Valley Swim Club in Huntingdon Valley for pool access for summer campers.
