Electric Company in Hawaii Settles EEOC Disability Discrimination Suit

In Hawaii, the Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (HECO) is going to settle a Disability Discrimination Suit which was brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Settles EEOC Disability Discrimination Suit

In Fayetteville, North Carolina, the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has been sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and as a result must pay $20,000 as well as other relief in order to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit.
