A federal court in Illinois has ordered an injunction against AutoZone, Inc., to reasonably accommodate for disabilities of its retail employees in central Illinois for three years and must keep records of these requests for four years.

Verizon to Pay $20 Million to Settle Nationwide EEOC Disability Suit

Verizon Communications and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission have reached a settlement in a nationwide class disability discrimination lawsuit. Verizon has agreed to pay $20 million and provide significant equitable relief to resolve a disability lawsuit.
