Manhattan VA Hospital helps women

In response to the alarming number of female veterans who have been sexually assaulted during tours of duty, Dr. Nancy Lutwak has launched a relief mission at the Manhattan VA Hospital. Dr. Lutwak has opened a female-only emergency room at the Manhattan VA Hospital to treat female veterans posttraumatic syndrome. Puyallup Truck Dealership Sued by EEOC for National Origin and Sexual Harassment

A Puyallup, Wash., used-truck dealership violated federal law when its general manager engaged in ongoing harassment targeting a Filipino American male employee. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit against the company. According to the EEOC, the male supervisor aimed demeaning comments at Northwest Motorsport’s Internet marketing manager, Bayani Salcedo, for many month.
