EEOC Age Discrimination Suit Settled by NY law firm

Arizona Bank accused of Age and Sex Discrimination brought by EEOC

In Arizona, a financial corporation doing business as the Bank of Albuquerque, has been accused of unlawfully terminating two managers, Elizabeth Morantes and Yolanda Fernandez because of their age.
