Fremont Toyota Pays $400,000 to Settle EEOC’s Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

Fremont Toyota, a California car dealership agreed to pay $400,000 and implement training for the dealership’s management staff to settle a federal discrimination lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Hawaii HealthCare Professionals Ordered to Pay over $190,000 for Age Discrimination

The Hawaii Healthcare Professionals, Inc., and its owner have been ordered to pay $193,236 to a woman allegedly fired due to her age. The U.S. District Judge Alan C.
