Stanley Marsh 3, an eccentric millionaire artist, has settled lawsuits from numerous teenagers who said he paid them for sex acts. The lawyers of both parties confirmed the settlement agreement, however, all parties have agreed that no side will comment further. Mr. Marsh had a stroke in 2011 and his wife, Gwendolyn Marsh, was later appointed as his guardian.
